For all those who “love” to read English texts after a long day, so just like me. 
Here’s a hint if you haven’t already.
There is a good translation add-on for the Firefox browser.
Like the Firefox browser itself, the add-on comes directly from the Mozilla company.
The add-on can:
- be displayed permanently, as a bar below the address bar/bookmarks toolbar
- translate manually or automatically (entire pages)
- or just the marked translation (mark, right mouse button, “Translate”)
- or just used as a symbol in the toolbar (for copy+paste)
From what I’ve seen so far, the English to German translations are pretty decent.
In general, of course, as for any translator, blind trust is not beneficial and a translator does not replace the head on the neck
